Coalmont OHV Parks’ Construction Continues

It’s so inspiring to see fresh trails being created. Can’t wait to share and explore this new area with all SFWDA members!

“ Construction on the Trailhead continues, the SFWDA volunteers have cleared all the trees and started moving dirt to get the 5 acre area to grade. We had a lot of trees and brush to dispose of, a Cat 320 excavator is the equipment to build and stoke a real bonfire. We have been moving dirt with the SFWDA 5 ton military dump, a big thanks to Revice Morgan for moving the truck to Coalmont. You can see in the last photo, that we are getting the area leveled but still have a lot of dirt to move. We are continuing to keep the Cove trail that runs through our property open, please be cautious while driving through the park, the heavy equipment operators can't always see or hear you”. #coalmont

Remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice

We remember our fallen Heroes on Memorial Day

The Ultimate Sacrifice
- By Kelly Roper

The ultimate sacrifice is to lay down your life
For God, family, and country.
Countless soldiers have charged into battle,
Knowing they wouldn't return to their loved ones
And might never be laid to rest in their native soil.
Yet they took the risk, fought hard to the end,
And hoped their efforts would turn the tide toward victory.
They made the ultimate sacrifice for their fellow soldiers,
For their country, for you, and for me.
May God bless them eternally.

Our Southern Four Wheel Drive Association family and volunteer Board of Directors hope you and your families enjoy this Memorial Day weekend as we honor our heroes with the respect they deserve.
