Join us for our end of year meeting where we wrap up 2014 and discuss 2015. We want everyone who can't make it in person to join us on your phone, tablet, laptop, smartphone, PC, or Mac. You are all welcome to join in. Hosted by our fellow SFWDA club, ET4WD. We'll meet at the Doubletree Hotel conference room for our 9am meeting to conduct our annual meeting till 12, then break for an hour lunch and resume at 1pm for our 3hr Leadership Council & Elections.

During the 2nd portion of the meeting at 2:30pm will be 2015 elections. We will need to elect our Vice President, Secretary, Membership Director, and our Director of Land Use and Conservation.  The Secretary position of our BOD does not currently have a replacement candidate. This important position should be fulfilled by a qualified volunteer for a term of 2 years. If you or anyone you know of might be interested please contact us.

This will be an interactive event which all attendees can ask questions through the online chat inside of the webinar.  We will also take votes online from attendees for our BOD elections who will be verified as active eligible members.

Because there is so much to cover at this annual meeting we will be busy all day and therefore will not have a trail ride planned in conjunction with this meeting.
