UFWDA Four Wheeler of the Year

  1. UFWDA awarded Chris Brower 2014 Environmental Affairs Four Wheeler of the Year

  4. Issue a Dixie Run 28 registration to Chris Brower and Passenger (Approved)

Jeep Jamboree USA

  1. Agreement for 2015 approved by JJUSA for SFWDA participation

  2. Target events include the TN Mountain Jamboree (April); Land Between the Lakes, KY (May); Gateway to the Cumberlands, KY (October); and Uwharrie NC (October). Also may include Cullman, AL (Tentative).

  3. Plan will be to promote SFWDA using Tread Lightly training experiences.

Public Relations Updates

  1. Finalizing plans to announce 4WD Parts, Napa and Fisher Auto Parts discounts

  2. Jon Plaza working on Rack Card holders

  3. Jon Plaza following up a contact from Unlimited Off-Road Expo – Wasted Trails 4x4 (Digital publication)

  4. Discussed proposed idea to insert SFWDA logo in the Windrock Park map in lieu of a business membership for 2015

SFWDA Membership 2015

SFWDA BOD approved by electronic/email vote the approval and implementation of the proposed revised membership structures, including Individual, premium and club revisions (See previous documents). Approved by RS, DP, FH, JP, DS, WS, RT and JB)

Additionally, Wayne Hartford has submitted his resignation from the Director of Membership. Wayne has served in this role for 3+ years and has other business Issues and opportunities that will not allow him to continue in this role.
