Please join us for the 2016 SFWDA Annual Meeting and Leadership Council Meeting & Webinar

 Join us for our end of year meeting where we wrap up 2016 and discuss 2017.

Doubletree Hotel, Oak Ridge, TN

 Everyone is invited. We want everyone who can't make it in person to join us on your phone, tablet, laptop, smartphone, PC, or Mac. You are all welcome to join in.

 We'll meet at the Doubletree Hotel, Oak Ridge, TN conference room for our 9am meeting to conduct our annual meeting to cover all current events, budget, plans for 2017, future planning, and 2017-2018 elections.

 There are several important positions open which we hope will be fulfilled by a qualified volunteer for a term of 2 years. If you or anyone you know of might be interested please contact us.

This will be an interactive event which all attendees can ask questions both in person and through the online chat box inside of the webinar.  We will also take votes online from attendees for our BOD elections who will be verified as active eligible members.

Appalachian Toyota Round-Up raises $1,000 for SFWDA at their annual Labor Day event. !

  Fantastic is the word; that's all we can say!!!

  The “Appalachian Toyota Round-Up” is the largest annual gathering of Toyota off-road enthusiasts on the East Coast. This year their 2016 event brought in 186 rigs, and 290 people, and everything went off without an issue.  Together they raised right at $1000 for SFWDA, I believe it's $1006.00 to be exact!

  The “Appalachian Toyota Round-Up”, (also known as ATR) is the largest annual gathering of Toyota off-road enthusiast on the East Coast.  This annual event is held every Labor Day Weekend at WindRock Park, the world’s largest privately owned OHV area.  This family friendly event is the perfect opportunity to meet other off-roaders from around the country while enjoying the mountains of East Tennessee.  Attendees will enjoy three nights and four days of great food, entertainment, and off-roading on over 72,000 acres of the most beautiful terrain imaginable. The event hosts; nightly gatherings, catered food, live entertainment, amazing door and raffle prizes, and the chance to build lasting friendships with others in the off-roading community, this is truly an event you don’t want to miss. Our Trail Ride schedule is now complete. We have something for everyone. Guided rides for Easy-Moderate to Advanced drivers as well as scenic excursion rides to some beautiful waterfall rich state parks. Full details are listed on our website, and online registration for each ride will be posted this week.
